Our Services

We are currently able to provide our new and existing customers with the following services. 

• Door Supervisors:
  We can provide your event with professionally trained, SIA licensed staff to work in all areas, and to deal with any issues involving potential conflict management.  All staff are trained in communication, conflict management and basic control & restraint techniques.
   

• Event Safety Stewards:
  The backbone of all events, and the main point of contact between the public and the event organiser.  All stewards undergo an initial induction course before progressing to a nationally recognised stewarding qualification. Details include communication, public safety, customer care & conflict management to name but a few.
   

• Response Staff:
  Licensed door supervisors who are also extremely experienced in events and crowd management.  Either mobile or on foot, (dependant on the event), these staff are able to respond to any scenario and deal in the first instance, reporting back to the event management/control room.
   

• Car Parking Staff:
  Reliable and communicative staff who initially train as event safety stewards before progressing to the perils of dealing with customers in vehicles!
   

• Football Specific Response Teams:
  Licensed door supervisors who are also trained to the Football Associations stewarding qualification standard, and are extremely experienced with working amongst football supporters.  The staff are fully conversant with current FA policy and are continually updated on the latest legislative issues.
   

• Event Specific Safety Consultancy:
  Senior Managers and Directors who have the experience and the qualifications, (NEBOSH), to assist you on any event.
