Firewalker Events Security Ltd
employs many part time stewards. Even in this world of
licensing, there are still many useful, (and legal), functions for
unlicensed event
stewards and these staff form the backbone of keeping the public
safe.
Stewards need to be:
- Smart
- Good Timekeepers
- Be able to work as part of a
team
- Be able to use initiative
- Have common sense
- Be good communicators
The roles that stewards are
involved in are many and varied, but could comprise of:
- Ticket Checking
- Front of Stage Pit Safety
Roles
- Customer Care roles
- Car Parking
- Spotting / Observing
- General Public safety roles
The hours of work vary, dependant
on the nature of the event. Pay can also vary and we always pay
a minimum of 5hrs.
Uniform is provided and this will
be explained during the interview stage of any application.
